Marilyn Manson's sexual assault case by former assistant reinstated under new California law A previously dismissed sexual assault case against Marilyn Manson, filed by former assistant Ashley Walters, was revived Monday in Los Angeles Superior Court under a new California law extending the statute of limitations for certain sexual abuse claims. Judge Steve Cochran granted Walters’ motion for reconsideration, vacating his December 2025 ruling that had dismissed the case and allowing it to proceed toward trial. The original suit, first filed in 2021, accused Manson, whose legal name is Brian Warner, of sexual harassment, sexual battery, intentional infliction of emotional distress, and wrongful termination based on her time working for him in 2010–2011. Previous attempts to move the case forward were blocked because the claims were made years after the alleged incidents, with courts initially ruling that the delayed discovery doctrine did not apply. A WOMAN RECENTLY COMMITTED SUICIDE IN BENUE STATE OVER MMM INVESTMENT.{PHOTOS}.

                   Image result for woman commits suicide over mmm                       A woman in Benue State,who invested borrowed money in the popular MMM scheme,lost the money,has committed suicide.34 year old Gloria Samson had left her home in Makudi on 28 of 2016 around 9 pm leaving behind her two children both five years of age.As she took her leave,she bid her children bye and apologised for an wrong doing she might have committed against them and pleaded for forgiveness.The same message was reportedly sent through the children to her husband,David {pictured below},a printer who was still at work at  that time.She walked down to River Benue and drowned her self and her body was discovered by police on 2 January,2017.It was alleged that she decided to commit suicide due to the crash of MM,having invested a N.4 million loan she procured from places in town.Some staff of the local bank where she obtained the loan,but were oblivious of her death,also traced her to her residence,to notify her that she had defaulted in her loan payment,only to be informed that she had passed on.Her husband,David also said towards December,2016,he discovered she took a loan but there was nothing in the shop to suggest that she invested the money into her business.He explained further that he discovered that his wife became depressed around early December when the news of the crash in MMM filtered into town and asked her what the problem was,but she only told him that she was sick.One more photo below.

 Tinubu announces arrival of 4 US attack helicopters President Bola Tinubu has stated that four attack helicopters will soon arrive in the country from the United States amid rising insecurity. Speaking at a meeting with a delegation of the Christian Association of Nigeria, led by its President, Archbishop Daniel Okoh, at his Lagos residence, on Friday, Dec. 26, Tinubu revealed that the Federal Government had ordered four attack helicopters from the U.S, adding that they will arrive in the country “soon”. He said: “Our orders for four attack helicopters from the United States of America will take some time to arrive.
