 Super eagles coach Eric Chelle has signed for a new sports agency to represent him henceforth.  Eric Chelle, head coach of Nigeria’s Super Eagles, has signed with a new sports agency to represent him going forward.  The move is expected to strengthen his professional management and strategic engagements within the global football space.

AT LEAST 4 PEOPLE DIED,15 OTHERS WOUNDED TODAY IN A SUICIDE BOMB ATTACK ON A MOSQUE IN UNIVERSITY OF MAIDUGURI.{PHOTOS}.

Image result for university of maiduguri                                                          According to sources,at least 4 people were killed and 15 others injured in a suicide bomb attack on a university campus in Maiduguri.The blast happened today monday at a mosque in the staff quarters area of the University of Maiduguri,and is thought to have been carried out by a teenage girl,There was no immediate claim of responsibility but suspicion will likely fall on the armed group Boko Haram,which has repeatedly used young women and girls as human bombs.Borno police spokesman Victor Isuku said that before the blast at the mosque,police on patrol shot a girl aged about 12 as she tried to get into the university at about 04:15 GMT.''The IED {Improvised explosive device} strapped to her body exploded,killing her instantly'',he said in a statement.''Shortly after that a second explosion occurred in a mosque inside the university.Four persons,including a professor and the second suicide bomber,died,while 15 persons sustained various degrees of injuries and were rushed to UMTH {University of Maiduguri Teaching Hospital}''.  Tinubu announces arrival of 4 US attack helicopters President Bola Tinubu has stated that four attack helicopters will soon arrive in the country from the United States amid rising insecurity. Speaking at a meeting with a delegation of the Christian Association of Nigeria, led by its President, Archbishop Daniel Okoh, at his Lagos residence, on Friday, Dec. 26, Tinubu revealed that the Federal Government had ordered four attack helicopters from the U.S, adding that they will arrive in the country “soon”. He said: “Our orders for four attack helicopters from the United States of America will take some time to arrive. We have approached Turkey for assistance.” The President, however, stated that the delays were affecting the public’s perception of the administration’s commitment to addressing the security challenges.
