Marilyn Manson's sexual assault case by former assistant reinstated under new California law A previously dismissed sexual assault case against Marilyn Manson, filed by former assistant Ashley Walters, was revived Monday in Los Angeles Superior Court under a new California law extending the statute of limitations for certain sexual abuse claims. Judge Steve Cochran granted Walters’ motion for reconsideration, vacating his December 2025 ruling that had dismissed the case and allowing it to proceed toward trial. The original suit, first filed in 2021, accused Manson, whose legal name is Brian Warner, of sexual harassment, sexual battery, intentional infliction of emotional distress, and wrongful termination based on her time working for him in 2010–2011. Previous attempts to move the case forward were blocked because the claims were made years after the alleged incidents, with courts initially ruling that the delayed discovery doctrine did not apply. Image may contain: 1 person, standing and outdoor                                              Long coats are not just ment for winters or rain but it is a fashion statement.For winter you need a very thick long coat while for raining season you need a long coats that can shield you from getting wet and that can dry up immediately you get to your destination.If you are located in Africa especially in regions that are sunny almost the whole year,you need very light materials to make your coat.If you are not making your coat,when you are shopping consider the weather,you don't want to be wearing a coat that will make you sweat like hell and you might look fashionable stupid at the end of the day.Another good way of rocking a long coat during hot weather,is to buy sleeveless long coats or 3 quarter hand coats,that will help air to pass through your body and you will still feel comfortable but if you are wearing a long sleeve long coat please make sure the material is very light regardless of the colour.Long coats makes you look elegant,classy and chic.On sundat I decided to wear a long black coat,with a black gown,then a black and white open toes shoes,with a Zebra purse.Looking good is good for all business.More photos below.

 Tinubu announces arrival of 4 US attack helicopters President Bola Tinubu has stated that four attack helicopters will soon arrive in the country from the United States amid rising insecurity. Speaking at a meeting with a delegation of the Christian Association of Nigeria, led by its President, Archbishop Daniel Okoh, at his Lagos residence, on Friday, Dec. 26, Tinubu revealed that the Federal Government had ordered four attack helicopters from the U.S, adding that they will arrive in the country “soon”. He said: “Our orders for four attack helicopters from the United States of America will take some time to arrive. We have approached Turkey for assistance.” The President, however, stated that the delays were affecting the public’s perception of the administration’s commitment to addressing the security challenges.
