 ‘Temper justice with mercy’ – NANS appeals to Madonna University to pardon viral Gen Z nursing students The National Association of Nigerian Students (NANS) has appealed to the management of Madonna University to reconsider the expulsion of some nursing students over their involvement in a trending social media video recorded within a hospital environment. In a statement signed by Dist. Comr. Akinteye Babatunde Afeez, GCNS, President of NANS, the students’ conduct was described as inappropriate and inconsistent with the standards expected of nursing students. NANS, however, urged the university to temper justice with mercy and replace the expulsion with a stern warning. The statement read, “No doubt, such conduct is grossly inappropriate and does not align with the ethics, discipline and professional standards expected of students of Nursing. “However, we humbly appeal to the Management of Madonna University, a reputable institution with a long-standing commitment to academic exce...

NIGERIANS AVOID LIBYA-ABIKE DABIRI-EREWA {SSA}.

Image result for abike dabiri                     Mrs Abike Dabiri-Erewa,the Senior Special Assistant {SSA} to the President on Foreign Affairs and Diaspora,is appalled yesterday sunday that in spite of the mistreatment and killings of blacks,Nigerian migrants still use Libya.She said yesterday that ''I hereby appeal again to Nigerian migrants to avoid Libya as penalty for illegal migration to Libya,when caught,is usually a death sentence''.She referred to a trending video,which though had not been authenticated,showing pictures purported killing of black immigrants in Libya.She further said ''While the authenticity of the pictures and tapes in question cannot be verified,it is a known fact that Libya has been executing alleged black illegal immigrants for years.As the Chairman Committee on Diaspora in the House of Representatives in the Seventh Assembly,we intervened in the case of 24 Nigerians about to be killed in Libya.The Committee,in collaboration with SERAP,an NGO,petitioned the UN,AU,ECOWAS,and Ghadaffi yielded to pressure and released them.The Nigerian embassy in Libya,working with NEMA has relentlessly intervened in trouble in Libya and will continue to do so''.She said that Liyans were dealing with their own struggles as there was no recognised government in place,Nigerians,she warned,should avoid Libya-NAN.

Innoson Gives Out Brand New IVM G5 and Salary For Life To The Man Who Prophesied About His Vehicle Manufacturing In 1979.  Last Saturday, July 22nd the Chairman of Innoson Vehicle Manufacturing Company Ltd, Chief Dr Innocent Ifediaso Chukwuma OFR gave out a brand new Innoson IVM G5 to Mr Ikechukwu Osakwe popularly known as Osabros who prophesied to him in 1979 that he would be the first man in Africa to manufacture vehicles and sell to different African countries.  The prophecy was given at the period the then Innocent Chukwuma could not boast of a car, talk less of manufacturing one.
