Kim Kardashian has revealed that she has five nannies helping care for her four children, with one nanny always on duty when the kids are with her while the other four rotate. Yesterday The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge visited a Child Bereavement UK Centre in Stratford,as the east London Centre marks its one year anniversary.Their Royal Hignesses attended one of the Charity's Family Support Group sessions where children,their parents,and carers can meet other families,support networks and resilience.These sessions can help to decrease their sense of being alone and feeling 'different' when someone important in their lives has died.The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge cut a cake to celebrate the one year anniversary of the charity's branch.More photos below.
