 LASG PRESENTS STAFF OF OFFICE TO NEW ONIȘẸ OF ISE KINGDOM The Lagos State Government has presented the Staff of Office and Instrument of Appointment to Prince Ibrahim Adebowale Saliu, as His Royal Majesty, Alaiyeluwa Oba Ibrahim Adebowale Saliu, the Onise of Ise Kingdom in Lekki Local Government Area. The presentation was performed on Friday, August 21, 2026, by the Special Adviser to the Governor on Rural Development, Dr. Nurudeen Yekinni Agbaje, alongside the Permanent Secretary, Ministry of Local Government, Chieftaincy Affairs and Rural Development, Mrs. Kikelomo Bolarinwa, with the approval of the Lagos State Governor, Mr. Babajide Olusola Sanwo-Olu and the Lagos State Executive Council, following the demise of the late Oba Ganiu Adebowale Adegbesan, Onise of Ise Kingdom. EFCC SECURES INTERIM FORFEITURE ORDER OF N50 MILLION ON FORMER ENUGU CJ'S BANK ACCOUNTS.

No automatic alt text available.                                                                            Justice A.M Liman of the Federal High Court sitting in Enugu,Enugu State has ordered an interim forfeiture of a sum of N50,000,000 {Fifty Million Naira only} contained in a Zenith Bank plc's account of a former Chief Judge of Enugu State,Justice Innocent Umezulike.The order was made in response to a prayer of the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission,EFCC,seeking the freezing,seizure and forfeiture of properties and assets linked to the former Chief Judge.
Umezulike is being investigated in connection with his alleged involvement in abuse of office and receiving gratification.Specifically,the former Chief Judge will be arraigned at a Federal High Court sitting in Port Harcourt,Rivers State on a four-count charge bordering on false asset declarations.Although the application for the arraignment has been filed before the court,no date has been fixed for the arraignment.

Innoson Gives Out Brand New IVM G5 and Salary For Life To The Man Who Prophesied About His Vehicle Manufacturing In 1979.  Last Saturday, July 22nd the Chairman of Innoson Vehicle Manufacturing Company Ltd, Chief Dr Innocent Ifediaso Chukwuma OFR gave out a brand new Innoson IVM G5 to Mr Ikechukwu Osakwe popularly known as Osabros who prophesied to him in 1979 that he would be the first man in Africa to manufacture vehicles and sell to different African countries.  The prophecy was given at the period the then Innocent Chukwuma could not boast of a car, talk less of manufacturing one.
