 So Linus Williams (Blord) has been released from Kuje prison after fulfilling his bail conditions, finally, freedom after a few weeks in custody. However, here’s the current position of his case:  He is still expected to show up and stand his trial.  If he fails to appear in court even for one day, his bail can be revoked and a bench warrant may be issued against him, meaning a return to Kuje. If the prosecution cannot prove the charges against him, he will be discharged and acquitted. If the prosecution proves the charges, he may be sentenced and sent back to Kuje. I think he should seek a peaceful resolution to the case. Congrats to him on his freedom for now.

OGUN STATE COMMAND RECORDS OVER 900 MILLION NAIRA IN THE MONTHS OF JANUARY & FEBRUARY 2017.{PHOTOS}.

Image may contain: 3 people, people standing and outdoor                The Ogun State Command of the Nigeria Customs Service has recorded a sum of N906,684,498.26 as revenue collected in the first two months of the year 2017 {January and February}.The Command also recorded 344 seizures with duty paid value of N219,813,485.00 from 1st January to 26th March,2017.The Customs Area Controller incharge of th Command,Compt. Hassan Gangua said despite the daunting economic challenges,the performance of the Command in terms of revenue collection and anti-smuggling campaign has been impressive.The CAC called on traditional rulers,religious leaders and distinguished personalities in the state to join in the campaign against smuggling for the economic well-being of the Country.More photos below.
