 Russia launches massive drone and missile barrage on Ukraine, killing at least 18 civilians and striking Kyiv and multiple cities  Russia carried out a large-scale overnight assault on Ukraine, launching hundreds of drones and dozens of missiles that killed at least 18 civilians and wounded more than 100 others across multiple cities, officials said Tuesday. The strikes hit Kyiv, Dnipro and other regions, with emergency crews working through destroyed residential buildings where some victims were trapped under rubble. In Dnipro, rescuers recovered the bodies of a 3-year-old child and a mother and her 8-year-old son, while officials reported 12 deaths in the city and six in Kyiv. The bombardment stretched from night into daylight, with explosions reported across wide areas of the country. Image result for roger moore before and after              Sir Roger Moore who acted in James Bond in the 70's,has died at the age of 89 after a short but brave battle with cancer.In a statement announcing his death,the London-born family said that the iconic actor had been surrounded by love in his final days in Switzerland.It added: ''It is with a heavy heart that we must announce our loving father has passed away today in Switzerland after a short but brave battle with cancer.The love with which he has surrounded in his final days was so great it cannot be quantified in words alone.Our thoughts must now turn to supporting Kristina at this difficult time,and in accordance with our father's wishes there will be a private funeral in Monaco''.His family revealed that his funeral will take place in Monaco,where he lived with his fourth wife Kristina Tholstrup.May his soul rest in peace Amen.More photos below.
