PRESIDENT TINUBU CONGRATULATES MINISTER OF STATE FOR FOREIGN AFFAIRS AMBASSADOR ENIKANOLAIYE ON HIS BIRTHDAY President Bola Tinubu has congratulated the Minister of State for Foreign Affairs, Ambassador Sola Enikanolaiye, on his birthday. A statement by Bayo Onanuga, Special Adviser to the President, Information and Strategy, indicates that the President describes Ambassador Enikanolaiye as a distinguished diplomat, accomplished administrator and dedicated public servant whose career reflects professionalism, patriotism and a deep commitment to Nigeria. Ambassador Enikanolaiye served in the Ministry of Foreign Affairs from August 1982 to August 2017, rising through the ranks to become Permanent Secretary. He later served as Senior Special Assistant to the President on Foreign Affairs and International Relations before he was appointed Minister of State for Foreign Affairs. Anambra State Online is claiming that The All Progressives Grand Alliance {APGA} has called on Igbo politicians to dump All Progressive Congress {APC}. APGA made this call in a Town Hall meeting that took place in Idemili North Local Government Area of Anambra state.The party said there is no point for the Ndigbo politicians remaining in the APC since it is controlled by Hausa.The All Progressives Grand Alliance {APGA} has urged Igob politicians to dump All Progressives Congress {APC} for APGA,''which symbolises the late Biafra war lord,Chief Chukwuemeka Odumegwu Ojukwu''.It was gathered that since Arewa youths have asked Igbo in the north to go to their place of origin,APGA urged Igbo people to make sure that they denounce the ruling party which they the major stakeholder are Northerners.It was learnt that this was made known in a Town Hall meeting that took place in Idemili North local government area of Anambra state.
