“We Don’t Want Violent Politics In Kaduna,” Group Tells Political Parties, Urges Them to Call Supporters To Order The Kaduna Peace Ambassadors Forum has called on political parties in Kaduna State to caution their supporters and prevent further violence following recent clashes involving members of major political parties in the state. The group said Kaduna had enjoyed relative peace for a long period and should not return to an era of violent politics. In a statement, the forum expressed concern that political disagreements and clashes in the past had sometimes escalated into religious conflicts, with consequences for communities across the state. It therefore called on security agencies to take appropriate measures to identify and hold accountable those responsible for the recent clashes, while strengthening preventive measures to avoid a recurrence. Yesterday the 8th of June,Blissful Affairs celebrated their 3rd Anniversary and the re-branding of their magazine held yesterday at Ikeja Lagos. The event was themed ''The Nigerian Economy: Challenges and Opportunities''.The guest speakers for the day were Col. Gabriel Ajayi,Prophet Israel Oladele and Mrs Josephine Aligwekwe.The Special Guest of Honour was Hon. Saka Fafunmi,member Lagos State House of Assembly,who was present at the event as seen in the photo above and below to launch the magazine for Adaobi Enekwa who is the Editor in Chief of the Magazine.W4 and other musicians performed at the event and off cos I 'Pink Republic'' was physically present at the event.More photos below.
