 El-Rufai to remain in custody as court adjourns bail application to April 14 Justice Rilwanu Aikawa of a Federal High Court in Kaduna has adjourned the hearing of the bail application filed by former Kaduna State governor, Nasir Ahmad El-Rufai, to April 14th. The bail application of the former governor came up before the court today. April 1. The court adjourned the case after listening to arguments from both the defence and prosecution  El-Rufai was arraigned by the Independent Corrupt Practices and Other Related Offences Commission (ICPC) on a 10-count charge bordering on alleged conversion of public property and money laundering. He pleaded not guilty to all the charges. The court ordered that he remain in ICPC custody pending the hearing of his bail application on the fixed date. The former governor arrived at the court premises around 9:00 a.m. in a black Hilux vehicle, accompanied by DSS officials.

                                          According to one of my reporter Chinenye Genevieve who sent in this photos with the caption ''Ikorodu residents have unleashed their anger on a wrong person following their manhunt to wipe out the Badoo terror gang.MC Think Twice,real name Chinedu Paul was among the three burnt by the crowd in at Odogunyan yesterday morning.Identified as Chinedu Paul a.k.a. MC Think Twice,he was mistaken to be a badoo member and was immediately lynched and burnt to death alongside two others.A source who narrated the story to us revealed that Chinedu's car broke down at Odogunyan area of recent,and then he went at midnight with two others,to tow his car from Odogunyan area,when they were accosted by an angry mob.Apparently,the mob claimed they found Engine Oil,Cutlass and a grinding stone in the car...and they descended on them.Chinedu finished from Lagos State Polytechnic Ikorodu''.More photos below.

 Tinubu announces arrival of 4 US attack helicopters President Bola Tinubu has stated that four attack helicopters will soon arrive in the country from the United States amid rising insecurity. Speaking at a meeting with a delegation of the Christian Association of Nigeria, led by its President, Archbishop Daniel Okoh, at his Lagos residence, on Friday, Dec. 26, Tinubu revealed that the Federal Government had ordered four attack helicopters from the U.S, adding that they will arrive in the country “soon”. He said: “Our orders for four attack helicopters from the United States of America will take some time to arrive.
