Marilyn Manson's sexual assault case by former assistant reinstated under new California law A previously dismissed sexual assault case against Marilyn Manson, filed by former assistant Ashley Walters, was revived Monday in Los Angeles Superior Court under a new California law extending the statute of limitations for certain sexual abuse claims. Judge Steve Cochran granted Walters’ motion for reconsideration, vacating his December 2025 ruling that had dismissed the case and allowing it to proceed toward trial. The original suit, first filed in 2021, accused Manson, whose legal name is Brian Warner, of sexual harassment, sexual battery, intentional infliction of emotional distress, and wrongful termination based on her time working for him in 2010–2011. Previous attempts to move the case forward were blocked because the claims were made years after the alleged incidents, with courts initially ruling that the delayed discovery doctrine did not apply. Little by Little am releasing my Pink Republic 2017 collection.The white bridal satin long coat with the camisole was designed by me this 2017 while the skirt was bought from a boutique.I designed it with a lot of love and the first colour of skirt that came to my mind was blue,though I can wear the long coat anytime with any other colour of skirt,but to launch the coat and camisole on sunday,the blue skirt was seriously in my mind and it was perfect for our kind of raining and warm weather because white will make you sweat less compared to black.Is not just to design but styling too is very important.You must think of the shoes,purse and accessories when designing an outfit,and if that outfit can also match up other colour of accessories.Don't force yourself to design,designing is inborn,you only go to fashion school to brush up your skills but not to learn how to design your own collection.On sunday I wore the long satin white coat which i designed along with the camisole.I wore white shoes,white purse,long blue skirt with an obvious white stud neck ring that brought all the look together.You like?.More photos below.
