 LASG PRESENTS STAFF OF OFFICE TO NEW ONIȘẸ OF ISE KINGDOM The Lagos State Government has presented the Staff of Office and Instrument of Appointment to Prince Ibrahim Adebowale Saliu, as His Royal Majesty, Alaiyeluwa Oba Ibrahim Adebowale Saliu, the Onise of Ise Kingdom in Lekki Local Government Area. The presentation was performed on Friday, August 21, 2026, by the Special Adviser to the Governor on Rural Development, Dr. Nurudeen Yekinni Agbaje, alongside the Permanent Secretary, Ministry of Local Government, Chieftaincy Affairs and Rural Development, Mrs. Kikelomo Bolarinwa, with the approval of the Lagos State Governor, Mr. Babajide Olusola Sanwo-Olu and the Lagos State Executive Council, following the demise of the late Oba Ganiu Adebowale Adegbesan, Onise of Ise Kingdom. AREWA YOUTHS WITHDRAW OCTOBER 1ST QUIT NOTICE ISSUED TO IGBOS RESIDING IN THE REGION.{PHOTO}.

        The Arewa Youths Consultative Forum which is a coalition of Northern youth groups, has withdrawn the October 1st quit notice it had issued to Igbos residing in the region. The group had in June, given the Igbos residing in the Northern region up until October 1st to leave the region or face physical attacks.
The quit notice had followed wide spread condemnation with the Kaduna state governor, Nasir El-Rufai, ordering their arrest for making such threats.
In separate statements issued at different times, the Arewa youths had said the ultimatum was given so that the Igbos who are Biafran agitators and reside in the North, can quickly go to their region to form their desired country.

Innoson Gives Out Brand New IVM G5 and Salary For Life To The Man Who Prophesied About His Vehicle Manufacturing In 1979.  Last Saturday, July 22nd the Chairman of Innoson Vehicle Manufacturing Company Ltd, Chief Dr Innocent Ifediaso Chukwuma OFR gave out a brand new Innoson IVM G5 to Mr Ikechukwu Osakwe popularly known as Osabros who prophesied to him in 1979 that he would be the first man in Africa to manufacture vehicles and sell to different African countries.  The prophecy was given at the period the then Innocent Chukwuma could not boast of a car, talk less of manufacturing one.
