 GOVERNOR ABBA  YUSUF SACKS  KANO STATE HEAD OF SERVICE   The Executive Governor of Kano State, Abba Kabir Yusuf, has relieved the State Head of Service, Abdullahi Musa, of his appointment with immediate effect. In a statement  by the Director General, Media and Publicity to the Governor, Sunusi Bature Dawakin Tofa, the decision is part of the ongoing efforts by the present administration to reposition the state civil service for greater efficiency, discipline, and improved service delivery across all government institutions. Governor Yusuf expressed appreciation to the outgoing Head of Service for his contributions and dedication to the service of the State  The statement further directed that Bilkisu Shehu Maimota, the Permanent Secretary, Admin and General Services at the Cabinet Office, to serve in an  acting capacity pending the appointment of a substantive Head of Service. BIANCA OJUKWU'S SISTER ''LILIAN'' BECOMES NIGERIA AMBASSADOR TO NAMIBIA YESTERDAY.{PHOTOS}.

Image may contain: 1 person, smiling, close-up                                                     Bianca Ojukwu’s sister, Ambassador Lilian Onoh, was yesterday, 10th August 2017, received by the President of Namibia, as Nigeria’s ambassador and High Commissioner to the Republic of Namibia.
The ceremony took place at the State House at the Nations Capital,Windhoek. Prior to this engagement, She had been Nigeria’s Acting High Commissioner to Jamaica.
Ambassador Lilian Onoh is the sister of Bianca Ojukwu, Nigeria’s former ambassador to the Kingdom of Spain.
