 PRESIDENT TINUBU APPOINTS MS. ADEDAYO BENJAMIN LANIYI AS DG/CEO OF THE MARYAM BABANGIDA NATIONAL CENTRE FOR WOMEN DEVELOPMENT President Bola Tinubu, has approved the appointment of Ms. Adedayo Benjamin Laniyi as the Director-General /Chief Executive Officer of the Maryam Babangida National Centre for Women Development (MBNCWD) and  members of the Governing Council  for an initial term of four (4) years. In a letter signed by the Secretary to the Government of the Federation, Sen. George Akume the appointment which takes effect from April 18, 2026, is in accordance with the provisions of Section 7 (1) and (3) of the National Centre for Women Development (Amendment) Act, 2023. BUSINESSMAN STRIPPED NAKED FOR KILLING A 10YEAR OLD BOY IN ANAMBRA.{PHOTOS}.

Image may contain: 1 person, standing and outdoor                                                                            There was pandemonium in Awka-Etiti area of Anambra state after a businessman simply identified as Ebuka, was humiliated and disgraced after being accused of killing a 9-year old boy who in the region. According to reports, the boy was said to stolen biscuits from the accused shop in the company of his younger brother.
According to a report by Eyewitness, trouble began when his skin and that of his brother began to rot. The parents made some attempts to inquire the root the problem through spiritual means and it was gathered that accused was alleged to have a hand in it.
Reports reveal that the dealer who dedicated his shop to some deities in Ukpor in Anambra State was demanding for the sum of N15m. N475,000 was paid (according to an eyewitness) and all attempts to save the life of the lad proved abortive as he gave up before the parents, Ebuka and the deity within the week.
The leaders of Awka-Etiti therefore swung into action to arrest the Culprit as they paraded him unclad, locked his shop and seized his goods.More photos below.
