 Nicole Kidman recalls the heartbreaking moment she found out her mom died Nicole Kidman has opened up about the heartbreaking moment she learned of her mother Janelle’s death just as she was about to accept a best actress award at the Venice International Film Festival.  The Babygirl star recalled being backstage when she received the news, saying she returned to her room “completely devastated” and unsure how she would move forward without her mother, who had been such a central part of her life. She described the “harrowing” attempt to leave Venice in the middle of the night to return to Australia, only to turn back, overwhelmed and alone.  Director Halina Reijn later read a statement on Kidman’s behalf, dedicating the award to Janelle and acknowledging the collision of art and life in that painful moment. Image may contain: 2 people, people sitting               The Ekiti State Governor, Mr Ayodele Fayose has again assured Ekiti people that all the on going projects in the state would be completed before the end of his tenure.He gave the assurance while speaking at this year's edition of the Udiroko festival held at the palace of Ewi of Ado Ekiti, Oba Rufus Adeyemo Adejugbe Aladesanmi III.According to him, his developmental works in Ekiti especially in Ado would stand the test of time.He solicited the support of Ado people as the governorship election draws near saying he would bring his successor to the palace for the next year udiroko festival.Addressing the crowd, the Ewi Oba Rufus Adejugbe express appreciation to Governor Fayose for making Ado a befitting state capital.He called on Nigerian youths to embrace farming in order to solve the problem of unemployment while urging government at all levels to support them financially.The chairman of the occasion, Aare Afe Babalola congratulated Ado sons and daughters for witnessing another year.He thank Governor Fayose for making the development of Ado and the state his priority.
