 Nigerian makes US Most Wanted List over $1m fraud A Nigerian, Onoriode Ezewu, has been named on the United States Department of Labour’s first-ever Most Wanted List over allegations of money laundering involving fraudulent unemployment benefit claims worth more than $1m. The department’s Office of Inspector General unveiled the list on its website on Wednesday, naming 16 fugitives wanted in cases involving alleged fraud, identity theft, money laundering, labour trafficking and other offences. According to the agency, the cases collectively involve more than $55m allegedly stolen from American taxpayers. Image may contain: 3 people, people standing                Ogun State Governor, Senator Ibikunle Amosun has charged quantity surveyors in the country to use modern technologies in the discharge of their duties, for better service delivery.
The governor, who gave the charge, when he received the leadership of the Nigerian Institute of Quantity Surveyors (NIQS), led by the National President, Mrs. Mercy Iyortyer, in his office yesterday, noted the strategic importance of professionals in the drive towards successful project development in the society.

Commending the institute for its role in the success of governance in the country, he said, "there can be no development without the professionalism of your industry."
He assured of his administration's continued support and collaboration with professional bodies to engender world best practices in project procurement and implementation.
Earlier in her remarks, Iyortyer noted that the provision of infrastructural facilities is very key to the development of any nation, commending the state government for giving infrastructural development priority.She acknowledged that the feat of the government in this regard, has continued to attract investors into the state.More photos below.
