 Nollywood Veteran RMD Backs Polygamy, Says It’s Unfair to Marry Just One Woman Veteran Nollywood actor Richard Mofe-Damijo, popularly known as RMD, has expressed his support for polygamy, stating that it is unfair to be married to only one woman. The movie icon made the remarks during a recent episode of the show Curiosity Made Me Ask, hosted by Bae U Barbie. When asked, “You are married to only one woman. Do you think that is fair? Do you have an idea of how many women who want you?” RMD responded, “I don’t, but I think it is unfair to be married to just one woman. My father had five wives.”  RMD is currently married to television personality Jumobi Adegbesan. The couple tied the knot after the death of his first wife, talk show host May Ellen ‘MEE’ Mofe-Damijo, in 1996.

Catholic Priest, Rev. Fr. Patrick Henry Edet has resigned from the catholic priesthood, quits the Catholic Church.
He says he should be addressed as Reverend Patrick Edet. And on a lighter note, he says he can still be called Fr."From Today Henceforth, I cease to be a Catholic Priest, in my spirit and in my soul... I forgive those who will criticize me, I live for God...I seek freedom for my soul. As I leave, I leave smiling, I AM SO HAPPY THAT I AM FREE". Well that's his choice,am a Catholic and I really like their mode of worship .One more photo below.

 Actor Baba Ijesha appeals five-year jail sentence for sexual assault Nollywood actor Olanrewaju James, known as Baba Ijesha, has filed an appeal against his conviction for the sexual assault of a minor. He has requested the Court of Appeal, Lagos Division, to overturn the ruling of the Lagos State High Court, which sentenced him to five years in prison. The conviction was handed down by Justice Oluwatoyin Taiwo (retd.) of the Ikeja Domestic Violence and Sexual Offences Court on July 14, 2022 to Baba Ijesha. Baba Ijesha through his counsel Kayode Olabiran on Tuesday, told the appeal court that his client was set up and that he acted according to a script that he was invited to act on by his colleague. “The Appellant was set up. The Appellant is an actor. He acted in a script that he was invited to act by his colleague (PW1), Damilola Adekoya,” he said.
