 I might develop high blood pressure – Taye currency opens up after losing millions to CBEX Famous Ibadan-based Fuji singer, Taye Currency reacted after losing N10 million to CBEX. DAILY POST reports that CBEX, a recently crashed digital trading platform, left investors stranded after they were logged out and unable to access their funds. The Singapore-based company which collapsed on Monday April 14, 2025, swept the sum of N1.3 trillion investors funds. Reacting to the incident during his latest live performance at the weekend, Taye Currency revealed that he lost N10 million to the scheme. Narrating his ordeal in a viral video on social media, Taye Currency rained curses on his associates who introduced him to CBEX. Image may contain: 1 person, text                         People's Democratic Party has announce the suspension of its member Dr. Ifeanyi Ubah who is also governorship aspirants for coming November 18th governorship election in Anambra state.
In series of Tweet they made it public that Dr. Ifeanyi Ubah has been suspended;
The National Caretaker Committee today announced the suspension of Dr. Ifeanyi Ubah, over his disparaging & unfounded allegations against. some party members and elders. Dr. Ubah while expressing his dissatisfaction with the decisions of the National Caretaker Committee on the report of the Anambra Guber Appeal Panel which affirmed the election of Hon. Oseloka Obaze, made several allegations against the party over which he was queried.
The matter has been referred to the National Disciplinary Committee for further action In the same vein, the Party also queried Senator Buruji Kashamu over his involvement in some issues in Ogun state chapter of the PDP.

 Actor Baba Ijesha appeals five-year jail sentence for sexual assault Nollywood actor Olanrewaju James, known as Baba Ijesha, has filed an appeal against his conviction for the sexual assault of a minor. He has requested the Court of Appeal, Lagos Division, to overturn the ruling of the Lagos State High Court, which sentenced him to five years in prison. The conviction was handed down by Justice Oluwatoyin Taiwo (retd.) of the Ikeja Domestic Violence and Sexual Offences Court on July 14, 2022 to Baba Ijesha. Baba Ijesha through his counsel Kayode Olabiran on Tuesday, told the appeal court that his client was set up and that he acted according to a script that he was invited to act on by his colleague. “The Appellant was set up.
