 Family and neighbors mourn woman shot by ICE agent after making Minneapolis her home  Before she was fatally shot by a U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement officer, 37-year-old Renee Good had just dropped her youngest child off at an elementary school in Minneapolis, the city she and her family had recently begun to call home. As Trump administration officials continued Thursday to describe Good as a domestic terrorist who tried to ram federal agents with her Honda Pilot, those who knew her remembered someone very different: a gentle, kind, and openhearted mother, wife, and neighbor. Good, her wife and her 6-year-old son had recently moved from Kansas City, Missouri, to a quiet Minneapolis neighborhood lined with older homes and small apartment buildings. Image result for buhari gives corpers 10 cows for sallah          Nigeria’s President, Muhmmadu Buhari, who is currently celebrating Sallah in his hometown, Daura, Kastina State was paid a visit by Corp Members serving in the State.Addressing the corp members on behalf of President Buhari, the Senior Special Assistant to the President on Media and Publicity, Mallam Garba Shehu, charged corps members who visited to uphold the country’s unity, as he also assured them of government’s commitment to the unity of the country.According to the President, the NYSC scheme was the best reconciliatory scheme and would remain relevant, while disclosing that the NYSC scheme had over the years continued to pursue the purpose of integrating the country to newsmen, noting that diversity of cultures remained Nigeria’s greatest strength.Speaking on behalf of the corp members, Nnamdi John, commended the President for granting them audience, while promising that corps members would continue to promote the unity of the country through enlightenment and community development services.The corps were presented with 10 bags of rice,a cow and N250,000 cash for their Sallah celebration.One more photo below.

 Tinubu announces arrival of 4 US attack helicopters President Bola Tinubu has stated that four attack helicopters will soon arrive in the country from the United States amid rising insecurity. Speaking at a meeting with a delegation of the Christian Association of Nigeria, led by its President, Archbishop Daniel Okoh, at his Lagos residence, on Friday, Dec. 26, Tinubu revealed that the Federal Government had ordered four attack helicopters from the U.S, adding that they will arrive in the country “soon”. He said: “Our orders for four attack helicopters from the United States of America will take some time to arrive. We have approached Turkey for assistance.” The President, however, stated that the delays were affecting the public’s perception of the administration’s commitment to addressing the security challenges.
