 ASUU–ABSU SUSPENDS THREE-WEEK-OLD INDEFINITE STRIKE The Academic Staff Union of Universities (ASUU), Abia State University Branch, wishes to inform the University community, all stakeholders and the general public that, following the resolution of Congress held today, Friday, 28th August, 2026, the Branch has suspended its three-week-old comprehensive industrial action with immediate effect. The decision of Congress followed a careful assessment of developments since the commencement of the strike and, particularly, the concrete steps taken towards addressing some of the major issues that necessitated the industrial action. Foremost among these is the full implementation of the 2025 FGN–ASUU salary structure, including the Consolidated Academic Tools Allowance (CATA), which has now been reflected in the August 2026 salaries of academic staff of Abia State University. Image may contain: 1 person, standing and outdoor                                        People should learn to wear gowns with beautiful print,it will make you standout.Sometimes the material of the gown might not be very fantastic but the bold prints on it might make you look like a super human if you wear it.Another thing is identifying the prints to know how to wear it,if you look at the back of the dress,the design is different from the front so i held my gown up for a while,study the prints then I decide to wear this part for the front.Am a big Chelsea fan so blue and white for me was a fantastic choice and on sunday my state ''Anambra'' was going for thanksgiving in our Lagos catholic Church so i rocked this gown well and danced in it.I carried a white purse,wore white pair of shoes and even wore a necklace to match with the front print of the dress.So when next you buy a dress with print,study the prints and know exactly where the bold prints are.More photos below.

Innoson Gives Out Brand New IVM G5 and Salary For Life To The Man Who Prophesied About His Vehicle Manufacturing In 1979.  Last Saturday, July 22nd the Chairman of Innoson Vehicle Manufacturing Company Ltd, Chief Dr Innocent Ifediaso Chukwuma OFR gave out a brand new Innoson IVM G5 to Mr Ikechukwu Osakwe popularly known as Osabros who prophesied to him in 1979 that he would be the first man in Africa to manufacture vehicles and sell to different African countries.  The prophecy was given at the period the then Innocent Chukwuma could not boast of a car, talk less of manufacturing one.
