 NDC STATEMENT ON COURT RULING Our attention has been drawn to a ruling by the Federal High Court sitting in Lokoja this morning, wherein His Lordship, Honourable Justice Isah Dashen, gave a ruling on an application filed by an unregistered association known as Peace Movement Party. The public knows that by December 2025, the Nigeria Democratic Congress  as an association complained of INEC’s refusal to register us as a political party, whereupon we proceeded to the Federal High Court. The Federal High Court upheld our constitutional right to freedom of association under the Constitution and compelled INEC to register us, which INEC did. Since then, we have started political activities, embarked on the registration of members, held congresses from ward to national levels, held conventions, and concluded primaries to all offices following INEC’s timetable. OGUN STATE TO HOLD MONTHLY SANITATION WITH RESTRICTION TOMORROW.

   Ogun State Government will hold its monthly environmental sanitation exercise across the State on Saturday, October 28, 2017 between 7am and 10am.
A release signed by the Commissioner for Environment, Mr. Bolaji Oyeleye indicated that there would be full restriction of human and vehicular movements across the 20 Local Government Areas of the State.The release further enjoined residents to comply with the restriction, as anyone who flouted the order risked government sanctions by the mobile court.It urged the residents to maintain clean and healthy environment by disposing their refuse and waste materials properly after the exercise, warning them to desist from bush burning which could lead to fire disasters as government would not relent at maintaining a clean environment.

Innoson Gives Out Brand New IVM G5 and Salary For Life To The Man Who Prophesied About His Vehicle Manufacturing In 1979.  Last Saturday, July 22nd the Chairman of Innoson Vehicle Manufacturing Company Ltd, Chief Dr Innocent Ifediaso Chukwuma OFR gave out a brand new Innoson IVM G5 to Mr Ikechukwu Osakwe popularly known as Osabros who prophesied to him in 1979 that he would be the first man in Africa to manufacture vehicles and sell to different African countries.  The prophecy was given at the period the then Innocent Chukwuma could not boast of a car, talk less of manufacturing one.
