 NDC STATEMENT ON COURT RULING Our attention has been drawn to a ruling by the Federal High Court sitting in Lokoja this morning, wherein His Lordship, Honourable Justice Isah Dashen, gave a ruling on an application filed by an unregistered association known as Peace Movement Party. The public knows that by December 2025, the Nigeria Democratic Congress  as an association complained of INEC’s refusal to register us as a political party, whereupon we proceeded to the Federal High Court. The Federal High Court upheld our constitutional right to freedom of association under the Constitution and compelled INEC to register us, which INEC did. Since then, we have started political activities, embarked on the registration of members, held congresses from ward to national levels, held conventions, and concluded primaries to all offices following INEC’s timetable.        The President's plane landed at the Akanu Ibiam International Airport,Enugu,at 10.30am.From there the President proceeded to Abakaliki,to begin his 2-day working visit to Ebonyi and Anambra States.On arrival in Abakaliki,Ebonyi State,President Muhammadu Buhari inaugurated a number of road Projects,including two flyovers on the section of the African Trans-Saharan Highway that runs between Enugu and Cameroon.Governor of Enugu State,Ifeanyi Ugwuanyi,expressed appreciation to President Muhammadu Buhari for making a brief stop-over to greet Nigerians living in Enugu State.''I am overwhelmed with joy over the show of love and solidarity of Enugu residents to our admirable and loving President as he visits the South-East,which Enugu State is the capital of the zone''.Earlier,the Commissioner of Police in Enugu State,Mr Mohammed Danmallam,said that the police had put adequate security arrangement for the brief hosting of Mr President in Enugu.One more photo below.

Innoson Gives Out Brand New IVM G5 and Salary For Life To The Man Who Prophesied About His Vehicle Manufacturing In 1979.  Last Saturday, July 22nd the Chairman of Innoson Vehicle Manufacturing Company Ltd, Chief Dr Innocent Ifediaso Chukwuma OFR gave out a brand new Innoson IVM G5 to Mr Ikechukwu Osakwe popularly known as Osabros who prophesied to him in 1979 that he would be the first man in Africa to manufacture vehicles and sell to different African countries.  The prophecy was given at the period the then Innocent Chukwuma could not boast of a car, talk less of manufacturing one.
