 Nigerian man takes up the challenge to be bur!ed alive for 24hours A Nigerian man who identifies as Young C has embarked on a challenge to be buried alive in a coffin for 24 hours.  He made this known in a series of posts on his Instagram page on Wednesday,  stating that the stunt was genuine and not a hoax.  He announced his intention to broadcast live footage from the coffin at night. Sharing a video on his Instagram account on Wednesday, he said, "I am going to be spending the next 24 hours buried in this casket. Guys, this is real, not fake.  "And the most amazing part is that I am going to go live by night." In a subsequent update, Young C revealed that he had been buried for over 8 hours and was experiencing physical discomfort, including excessive sweating. In an update on Wednesday evening, he said in part, "Guys, I have been buried alive for over 8 hours now. For those of you who saw my first video, I have been down here. COURT ORDERS FORMER CHIEF JUSTICE OF ENUGU 'INNOCENT UMEZULIKE' TO FORFEIT N50M TO FEDERAL GOVT.{PHOTO}.

         THe Court of Appeal, Enugu Division, has ordered that the former Chief Justice of Enugu State, Justuce Innocent Umezulike forfeits the sum of fifty million naira (N50Million) to the federal government. 
In tne judgement delivered on Thursday, December 7, 2017, the court dismissed an appeal filed against the EFCC by the former Chief Judge, challenging the interim forfeiture of the sum in his Zenith Bank account.The court presided over by Honourable Justice Ogunwumiju, while dismissing the appeal filed by the former CJ, upheld the argument of Wahab Shittu in favour of EFCC.Umezulike had appealed the order of Justice A. M Liman of the Federal High Court, Enugu in March 2017 forfeiting the fund, following EFCC's application seeking the freezing, seizure and forfeiture of properties linked to the former CJ.

He has requested the Court of Appeal, Lagos Division, to overturn the ruling of the Lagos State High Court, which sentenced him to five years in prison. Namtira Bwala has threatened to file a lawsuit against the school authorities if her abusers are not punished within 48 hours. In a letter drafted by her lawyers, Deji Adeyanju and Co, Namtira asked the school authorities to immediately investigate and pronounce the stiffest punishments in the student’s rule book on Ms.Maryam Hassan, Miss Faliya, and nine other students who bullied her.
