 PRESIDENT TINUBU CONGRATULATES MINISTER OF STATE FOR FOREIGN AFFAIRS AMBASSADOR ENIKANOLAIYE ON HIS BIRTHDAY   President Bola Tinubu has congratulated the Minister of State for Foreign Affairs, Ambassador Sola Enikanolaiye, on his birthday.    A statement by Bayo Onanuga, Special Adviser to the President, Information and Strategy, indicates that the President describes Ambassador Enikanolaiye as a distinguished diplomat, accomplished administrator and dedicated public servant whose career reflects professionalism, patriotism and a deep commitment to Nigeria.   Ambassador Enikanolaiye served in the Ministry of Foreign Affairs from August 1982 to August 2017, rising through the ranks to become Permanent Secretary.       Yesterday Prince Harry and Ms. Meghan Markle visited Cardiff to sample some Welsh culture and to learn more about organisations working in communities across Wales.
The day started at Cardiff Castle, home to the Welsh Culture Festival. During their tour, Prince Harry and Ms. Markle heard some traditional Welsh music and poetry, met some leading sportsmen and women, and learnt how organisations are working to promote the Welsh language and cultural identity.His Royal Highness and Ms. Markle also visited StarHub, a community and leisure centre in the Tremorfa area of the city, to see how sport is being used to engage young people and aid social development.
