 GOVERNOR ABBA  YUSUF SACKS  KANO STATE HEAD OF SERVICE   The Executive Governor of Kano State, Abba Kabir Yusuf, has relieved the State Head of Service, Abdullahi Musa, of his appointment with immediate effect. In a statement  by the Director General, Media and Publicity to the Governor, Sunusi Bature Dawakin Tofa, the decision is part of the ongoing efforts by the present administration to reposition the state civil service for greater efficiency, discipline, and improved service delivery across all government institutions. Governor Yusuf expressed appreciation to the outgoing Head of Service for his contributions and dedication to the service of the State  The statement further directed that Bilkisu Shehu Maimota, the Permanent Secretary, Admin and General Services at the Cabinet Office, to serve in an  acting capacity pending the appointment of a substantive Head of Service.      A man reportedly fainted on Valentine’s day when his girlfriend who hails from Anambra State decided to change his status from tenant to a landlord by surprising him with a well furnished 2 bedroom flat.
According to Chukwuma Godswill Abanobi who shared the pictures, the man on given the keys and documents to the apartment MAN FAINTED OUT OF JOY AND DISBELIEF.”
