 KADIRS Warns Residents Against Fake Revenue Collectors, Introduces E-Demand Notice As Sole Payment Authorization The Kaduna State Internal Revenue Service (KADIRS) has cautioned taxpayers and residents of Kaduna State against making revenue payments without first obtaining an official E-Demand Notice (Pay Advice), warning that fraudsters may exploit outdated payment processes to defraud the public. In a public announcement issued on Thursday, KADIRS said the move forms part of its ongoing efforts to automate revenue collection and enhance transparency across the state.  The agency disclosed that manual demand notices previously used for Local Government revenue collection have been phased out and are no longer recognized. According to KADIRS, the E-Demand Notice (Pay Advice) has officially replaced the former Local Government Harmonized Demand Notice and is now the only valid document for on-the-spot taxpayer assessment through the state's Central Billing System. NEW BORN BABY DUMPED IN A WASTE BIN IN AWKA.{GRAPHIC PHOTOS}.

       A new born baby was found dumped and abandoned in a waste bin in Awka.
According to a Facebook post by Ezulike Chukwunonso Forwardever, the baby boy who was already dead was dumped in an ASWAMA trash can around De Lusso lodge in Ifite Awka, Anambra.
He wrote:
"Sum where (sic) in ifite,awka unizik after di lusso hostel..sombori probably a slay queen or a church gal just threw away her baby boy..and d boy is dead...
R.I.P baby..
Ifite is an area in Awka dominated by students of the Nnamdi Azikiwe University.One more photo below.
