 Nigerian man takes up the challenge to be bur!ed alive for 24hours A Nigerian man who identifies as Young C has embarked on a challenge to be buried alive in a coffin for 24 hours.  He made this known in a series of posts on his Instagram page on Wednesday,  stating that the stunt was genuine and not a hoax.  He announced his intention to broadcast live footage from the coffin at night. Sharing a video on his Instagram account on Wednesday, he said, "I am going to be spending the next 24 hours buried in this casket. Guys, this is real, not fake.  "And the most amazing part is that I am going to go live by night." In a subsequent update, Young C revealed that he had been buried for over 8 hours and was experiencing physical discomfort, including excessive sweating. A TRADITIONAL RULER IN TARABA OVER POWERED A GROUP OF KIDNAPPERS WHO ATTEMPTED TO KIDNAP HIM,KILLED 2 & INJURED 3 OF THEM ON WEDNESDAY.

     The District Head of Mayo Selbe in Gashaka Local Government Area of Taraba, Jauro Hammangabdo, has over powered a group of kidnappers who attempted to abduct him, killing two and injuring about three of them.
Mr. Hammangabdo confronted the kidnappers who invaded his palace on Wednesday night. The kidnappers who were about nine in number gained access to the traditional ruler’s palace and went into his bedroom, but the district head resisted the attempt to abduct him and engaged them in a fight.It was gathered that the monarch used a sharp sword during the fight and killed two of the kidnappers while others took to their heels leaving dangerous weapons behind.The Deputy Governor of the State, Haruna Manu, who visited the area and sympathised with Lamdo of Gashaka, Zubairu Hammangabdo, a brother of the district head, commended the courage of the traditional ruler.He said cases of kidnapping had become a source of concern to the Government and people of the state.The Chairman of the Local Government, Mohammed Gayam, who also confirmed the incident to NAN, said that Mr. Hammangabdo had sustained deep cut in his head and hands and was admitted at the Military Hospital of the 20 Battalion in Serti, headquarters in the Local Government Area.Mr. Gayam said he had visited the injured district head and that he was responding to treatment adding that the two kidnappers that were killed by the royal father were identified through their identity cards.He further disclosed that they were members of the kidnapping gang that had terrorised the area disguising as members of a vigilance group.He stated with dismay that in the past few weeks about 17 persons were abducted in the area and about three of them were killed by the kidnappers following failure of their relations to pay the ransom.
