 Dutch referee Rob Dieperink dies weeks after removal from World Cup officiating list Dutch referee Rob Dieperink has died at the age of 38, weeks after FIFA removed him from its list of officials for the World Cup. The Dutch Football Association (KNVB) confirmed his death in a statement, saying it was “shocked and deeply saddened” by the news. His cause of death has not been disclosed. Dieperink was arrested in April by the Metropolitan Police in the United Kingdom following a report of an alleged sexual assault involving a teenage boy in London. A Metropolitan Police spokesperson said officers responded on April 9 to a report of sexual assault at an address in Croydon and arrested a man in his 30s on suspicion of the offence. Police later said that after reviewing available evidence, including CCTV footage and digital devices, the investigation had concluded that “the evidential threshold had not been met” and no further action would be taken. COMMANDER 23 BRIGADE INSPECTS ONGOING RENOVATION OF PRIMARY HEALTH CARE FACILITY IN SUPPORT OF EXERCISE AYEM AKPATUMA IN TARABA STATE.{PHOTOS}.

      As part of Civil - MilItary Cooperation (CIMIC) activities lined up for Ex AYEM AKPTUMA, Commander 23 Brigade Brig Gen BA Muhammad yesterday inspected the ongoing renovation of a primary health care facility and construction of solar power water project at Ibi Local Government Area of Taraba State. The renovation when completed will be handed over to Taraba State Government as part of activities to end the exercise in Taraba State on 13 May 2018.
In a related development, a medical outreach and town hall meetings were also held in support of Ex AYEM AKPTUMA. During the medical outreach which was held at East Primary School, Wukari, a total of one thousand, three hundred and sixty eight (1368) persons were treated for various ailments during the 2 days exercise. Furthermore, a town hall meeting was also held to sensitize the stakeholders in ensuring that the exercise was a success. Therefore, it is worthy to note that all these activities were geared towards winning the hearts and minds of the civil populace in support of Ex AYEM AKPTUMA which was extended for 2 months in Taraba State.
