 The Traditional Ruler of Azumini Ndoki Ancient Kingdom in Ukwa East LGA, Abia State, HRM Eze Edward Eule (Onyenweali X), has dismissed claims by some of his subjects that he abandoned his throne following his temporary absence from the community. This is as six suspects have been arrested by the police in connection with the stealing of the community’s electricity transformer, thus plunging the community into darkness. The monarch, who is currently in the U.S, explained that his trip was to attend to personal and professional matters, adding that he will soon return to Nigeria. "I travelled to the United States of America in May 2025 to attend to some professional and personal matters. I am robustly healthy and fine, and I may soon conclude the task of my sojourn here", he said. Prof. Eule accused individuals he described as "mischief-makers operating under the guise of an Interim Ruling Council" of peddling falsehoods and propaganda about his alleged abdication. ...

EVANS BUNDLED INTO COURT YESTERDAY AFTER HE REFUSED TO COME DOWN FROM THE BLACK MARIA.

      According to a credible source,there was Drama in Igbosere High Court yesterday as Chukwudumeme Onwuamadike a.k.a 'Evans' refused to come down from the black maria to enter the court not until the sitting Judge Ordered he should be bundled to the court.The warder also said he has refused to follow them from prison but he was dragged,saying he ''is tired of the whole wahala.I dreamt that I was sentenced to death.I can't see my family members and food quality is bad,the environment is not conducive''.Sources further said ''You know he is used to enjoying mansions and big hotels.He was eating world class food and driving expensive Cars,sleeping with many girls.All these are gone now.The thing is affecting him seriously now.He was crying through out in the court''.The case was adjourned to 10th of June 2018.Evans Lawyer brought applications that his clients is sick etc that he cannot stand for trial while the prisons department officers produced a Medical report from a Doctor that Evans is Perfectly Ok health wise.The Judge adjourned till 10/6/18 for continuation of the trial.The Lawyer was trying to delay the trial because many witnesses and Victims have testified in court against Evans and many more are coming to testify,he knows where the case is heading to and he is trying to buy more time.They even attempted to request for a transfer from Kirikiri Maximum prison to another Prisom claiming that he is not treated fine in the Maximum prison,All part of the plan for him to go to a less fortified prison tto enable his escape and Fortunately the Judge Denied their prayer of changing the Prison.Judge insisted he most remain in the Kirikiri Prison.

 Tinubu announces arrival of 4 US attack helicopters President Bola Tinubu has stated that four attack helicopters will soon arrive in the country from the United States amid rising insecurity. Speaking at a meeting with a delegation of the Christian Association of Nigeria, led by its President, Archbishop Daniel Okoh, at his Lagos residence, on Friday, Dec. 26, Tinubu revealed that the Federal Government had ordered four attack helicopters from the U.S, adding that they will arrive in the country “soon”. He said: “Our orders for four attack helicopters from the United States of America will take some time to arrive.
