 PRESIDENT TINUBU CONGRATULATES MINISTER OF STATE FOR FOREIGN AFFAIRS AMBASSADOR ENIKANOLAIYE ON HIS BIRTHDAY   President Bola Tinubu has congratulated the Minister of State for Foreign Affairs, Ambassador Sola Enikanolaiye, on his birthday.    A statement by Bayo Onanuga, Special Adviser to the President, Information and Strategy, indicates that the President describes Ambassador Enikanolaiye as a distinguished diplomat, accomplished administrator and dedicated public servant whose career reflects professionalism, patriotism and a deep commitment to Nigeria.   Ambassador Enikanolaiye served in the Ministry of Foreign Affairs from August 1982 to August 2017, rising through the ranks to become Permanent Secretary. NIGERIA SIGNED A MoU WITH THE UNITED STATES GOVT ON THE NAIIS.{PHOTO}.

   Related image  Nigeria signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the United States Government, on the Nigeria HIV/AIDS Indicator and Impact Assessment Survey (NAIIS).
The survey, which will begin on June 1, 2018, will be the largest population- based study for HIV/AIDS conducted in the world.
"Not only are we going to look for HIV, we are also going to look for Hepatitis. We are going to link them up with treatment. As you know there is treatment for HepC, we will drive forward efforts to cure Nigerians of Hepatitis C also." - Minister of Health Isaac Adewole
"I will like to call on all Nigerians to engage with us fully. To make sure this (largest HIV survey in the world) is done successfully. This is an opportunity for Nigeria to better understand the full extent of the challenges of HIV the country is faced with. This survey will help our interventions be better focused and indeed sustainable."- Director General of National Action Against AIDS (NACA) Sani Aliyu.
