 PRESIDENT TINUBU CONGRATULATES MINISTER OF STATE FOR FOREIGN AFFAIRS AMBASSADOR ENIKANOLAIYE ON HIS BIRTHDAY   President Bola Tinubu has congratulated the Minister of State for Foreign Affairs, Ambassador Sola Enikanolaiye, on his birthday.    A statement by Bayo Onanuga, Special Adviser to the President, Information and Strategy, indicates that the President describes Ambassador Enikanolaiye as a distinguished diplomat, accomplished administrator and dedicated public servant whose career reflects professionalism, patriotism and a deep commitment to Nigeria.   Ambassador Enikanolaiye served in the Ministry of Foreign Affairs from August 1982 to August 2017, rising through the ranks to become Permanent Secretary. NIGERIAN ARMY NEUTRALISES ARMED BANDITS IN ADAMAWA, RECOVER WEAPONS.{PHOTOS}#PRESS RELEASE.

      1. Troops conducting clearance operation in Numan general area of Adamawa State has neutralized 10 armed bandits following an encounter.
2. The ten bandits were neutralised during an operation which lasted for one hour.
3 Items recovered include:
a. 18 motorcycles.
b. Two Dane guns.
c. One Sub Machine Gun.
d. One double barrel.
e. Four cartridges.
f. Thirteen rounds of 7.62mm ammunition NATO special.
g. One cutlass.
4. Also, one of the bandits, Adamu Umar was captured during the operation.
5. Preliminary investigation is ongoing meanwhile, the suspect and the remains of the 10 bandits neutralized have been handed over to the Nigeria Police.
6. The general public is hereby advised once again to always report any suspicious activities to the law enforcement agents from prompt action.
