 Dolly Parton returns to public eye to celebrate opening day at Dollywood     Dolly Parton made her first public appearance in months to celebrate the opening day of Dollywood in Pigeon Forge, Tennessee, on Friday. The country music icon reflected on the past year, a year after the death of her husband of nearly 60 years, Carl Dean, saying she is “doing good” and has been working to rebuild herself spiritually, emotionally, and physically after grieving and dealing with health issues that kept her from touring. Joined on stage by Dollywood president Eugene Naughton, Parton brought her trademark humor to the crowd, joking about rumors of a new husband while reaffirming her devotion to Dean. She also shared updates on her ongoing projects, including a new Broadway musical and her Dolly’s Life of Many Colors Museum in Nashville. NIGERIAN ARMY REPELS ATTACK, NEUTRALIZE BOKO HARAM AT GASHIGAR.#PRESS RELEASE.

      1. Troops of operation LAFIYA DOLE on clearance operation at Gashigar repelled an attack and neutralized 6 Boko Haram terrorists.
2. Some of the terrorists were also wounded during the encounter.
3. Items recovered include
a. 1 Anti aircraft Gun.
b. 4 AK47 rifles.
c. 6 AK47 Magazines.
d. 2 Mortar Bombs.
e. 2 Gun Trucks.
4. Unfortunately, two soldiers were wounded during the operation.
5. Similarly, troops successfully cleared Gambori, Dumbawa, Damsu, Awardi, Kanaram, Laridi, Malumdi and Yuramdi villages.
6. Items recovered include;
a. One Refrigerator.
b. One 14inch TV.
c. two DVDs.
d. A box filled with drugs.
7. Efforts are on to arrest fleeing other members of the terrorists group.
