 Katsina defends release of 70 bandits The Katsina State Government has justified its plan to facilitate the release of 70 persons facing trial for alleged involvement in banditry, describing it as part of efforts towards consolidating peace deals with armed groups operating across the state. The state’s Commissioner for Internal Security and Home Affairs, Nasir Muazu, said the decision was aimed at sustaining peace accords reached between affected communities and “repentant bandits.” The commissioner explained this in an interview with DCL Hausa on Saturday amid public outrage over a leaked government letter seeking judicial intervention to secure the release of the suspects currently undergoing prosecution. He said the peace agreements had resulted in the release of about 1,000 abducted persons across several communities. According to the commissioner, at least 15 local government areas were involved in the peace arrangement, which, he said, had led to the release of about 1,000 ...

My testimony ...... I went to village to see my grand mum.I was at the village happily . Enjoying myself  without knowing that not everyone was happy with me...On Sunday my sister called me and ask me to go and help her husband. .. I  wanted to go but my spirit said know.,. I called my sister and tell her that I will not go again,She asked me why?. I said nothing, ,,,,, but later i was disturbed to go and help my in law...So on my way going fear enters my body ...  I ask myself why am afraid today, One thing whispered on my ear that today is the end of my life  ..I shouted devil you are a liar .... So I wave bye bye to my people and tell them that I will come back anytime I have chance ....They all wave back and wish me well... I was going to meet my sister's husband in his own village So that he will joined me ....  I called him that I have started coming,He said no problem that he is ready waiting for me... So I was inside driving playing #phyno ft #Olamide argument. . When the tyre burst  all I remembered  that I shouted  #JESUS  .  The car started  tumble  and enter bush ,,,,It tumble 4 times and when the storm is over .I came out.... and sit down on th3 side road before people started  coming for help... They rush me and hold me I asked them to leave me that nothing happened to me,,,Everybody was shouting he is spirit his dead body might be inside lets go and check inside the car..when they check they found nobody but I was there looking at them.. They started praying for me and given me blessing..  All the phone inside my pockets broke but none of my bone broke,No scratch on me.....  Thank God for me....No youth will die young  Amen..By a Facebook user,Francis kosisochukwu odenigbo''.More photos below.

Innoson Gives Out Brand New IVM G5 and Salary For Life To The Man Who Prophesied About His Vehicle Manufacturing In 1979.  Last Saturday, July 22nd the Chairman of Innoson Vehicle Manufacturing Company Ltd, Chief Dr Innocent Ifediaso Chukwuma OFR gave out a brand new Innoson IVM G5 to Mr Ikechukwu Osakwe popularly known as Osabros who prophesied to him in 1979 that he would be the first man in Africa to manufacture vehicles and sell to different African countries.  The prophecy was given at the period the then Innocent Chukwuma could not boast of a car, talk less of manufacturing one.  Tinubu announces arrival of 4 US attack helicopters President Bola Tinubu has stated that four attack helicopters will soon arrive in the country from the United States amid rising insecurity. Speaking at a meeting with a delegation of the Christian Association of Nigeria, led by its President, Archbishop Daniel Okoh, at his Lagos residence, on Friday, Dec. 26, Tinubu revealed that the Federal Government had ordered four attack helicopters from the U.S, adding that they will arrive in the country “soon”. He said: “Our orders for four attack helicopters from the United States of America will take some time to arrive. We have approached Turkey for assistance.” The President, however, stated that the delays were affecting the public’s perception of the administration’s commitment to addressing the security challenges.
