 Nicole Kidman recalls the heartbreaking moment she found out her mom died Nicole Kidman has opened up about the heartbreaking moment she learned of her mother Janelle’s death just as she was about to accept a best actress award at the Venice International Film Festival.  The Babygirl star recalled being backstage when she received the news, saying she returned to her room “completely devastated” and unsure how she would move forward without her mother, who had been such a central part of her life. She described the “harrowing” attempt to leave Venice in the middle of the night to return to Australia, only to turn back, overwhelmed and alone.  Director Halina Reijn later read a statement on Kidman’s behalf, dedicating the award to Janelle and acknowledging the collision of art and life in that painful moment. A TEACHER ARRESTED AFTER SHE STABBED HER HUSBAND TO DEATH IN LAGOS.{PHOTO}.

     One of my reporter Chinenye Genevieve is reporting today that ''According to reports, A teacher and mother of two stabbed her husband to death during a fight at their residence in Ikorodu, Lagos.According to the wife, she stabbed him in self defense, after being pinned down by the deceased, who was notorious for always beating her.I picked the knife to scare him, but I mistakenly stabbed him. I couldn’t have killed my husband intentionally. In the past, I used to run out of the house when being beaten, but today, he locked everywhere to prevent my escape.My family have told me to divorce him but I didn’t want to, because he is the husband of my youth and we already have two children together. You can ask around, everyone knows he beats me always.”.The wife has since been arrested by policemen attached to the Igbogbo Police Station.
