Marilyn Manson's sexual assault case by former assistant reinstated under new California law A previously dismissed sexual assault case against Marilyn Manson, filed by former assistant Ashley Walters, was revived Monday in Los Angeles Superior Court under a new California law extending the statute of limitations for certain sexual abuse claims. Judge Steve Cochran granted Walters’ motion for reconsideration, vacating his December 2025 ruling that had dismissed the case and allowing it to proceed toward trial. The original suit, first filed in 2021, accused Manson, whose legal name is Brian Warner, of sexual harassment, sexual battery, intentional infliction of emotional distress, and wrongful termination based on her time working for him in 2010–2011. Previous attempts to move the case forward were blocked because the claims were made years after the alleged incidents, with courts initially ruling that the delayed discovery doctrine did not apply.      If you don't look very close,you will think am wearing a gown but actually am wearing skirt and blouse.This outfit was designed by me and it comes in two different colours.I wore the orange colour last year  {2017} to launch the look ,but decided to wear this multi-colour on sunday.This outfit is good during raining season to shield you from the cold just in-case you don't want to wear sweater.On sunday I decided to wear this my outfit because it was raining.The cape have a part in front and when you unlock it,it will look like a coat.I wore short wig so that people can see the design,carried a black fur purse,and a black wedge.Since the outfit is covering my neck,I decided to wearing a very long white earing,like the shape of a leaf on my outfit.I hope you like my styling.More photos below.

 Tinubu announces arrival of 4 US attack helicopters President Bola Tinubu has stated that four attack helicopters will soon arrive in the country from the United States amid rising insecurity. Speaking at a meeting with a delegation of the Christian Association of Nigeria, led by its President, Archbishop Daniel Okoh, at his Lagos residence, on Friday, Dec. 26, Tinubu revealed that the Federal Government had ordered four attack helicopters from the U.S, adding that they will arrive in the country “soon”. He said: “Our orders for four attack helicopters from the United States of America will take some time to arrive.
