Refreshing your memory, Baba Ijesha was arrested and sentenced to 5 years imprisonment for raping a minor, who is the adopted daughter of comedian Princess. Giving an update on the case in a recent interview, he said Baba Ijesha’s appeal process is still ongoing in court. He claimed that there was no evidence that he slept with the hole; hence, the judge didn’t sentence him to life imprisonment. Yomi stated that Princess called Baba Ijesha to shoot a skit, and the girl also made a similar statement in court. 5 FEARED DEAD AS A BOAT FROM CMS TO IKORODU CAPSIZED TODAY.

Image result for lagos boat capsize     About five persons were feared dead when a boat capsized in Lagos on Wednesday evening.An eyewitness told newsmen that the boat was travelling from CMS to Ikorodu.
Bodies of the victim of the accident were brought to the jetty at Ipakodo in Ikorodu, on the outskirts of Lagos.
Lagos State police spokesman, Chike Oti, who confirmed the incident, noted that sixteen persons were rescued.
“The information reaching us from the Marine unit of the command reveals that five persons died in the Boat mishap, while 16 persons were rescued alive, Oti said.
“Our marine team is still combing the waters to see if there are other victims in the water.“The Commissioner of police, CP Imohimi Edgal has ordered the officer in charge of the marine unit to investigate the remote cause of the Boat accident.”

He has requested the Court of Appeal, Lagos Division, to overturn the ruling of the Lagos State High Court, which sentenced him to five years in prison. Namtira Bwala has threatened to file a lawsuit against the school authorities if her abusers are not punished within 48 hours.
