 NDLEA dismantles Abuja drug bunks, arrests 132, recovers 220kg illicit substances  -Marwa hails operation, vows to sustain crackdown in FCT, other states  In a non-stop two-week offensive action against traffickers and dealers, operatives of the National Drug Law Enforcement Agency (NDLEA) have successfully dismantled several drug joints and bunks within and around the Federal Capital Territory (FCT) Abuja where a total of 132 suspects were arrested and 220 kilograms of assorted illicit substances recovered. The wel-coordinated raids jointly conducted by the Agency's Directorate of Operations and General Investigation (DOGI) and the FCT Strategic Command from llth to 25th April 2026 were launched to dismantle illicit drug hubs contributing to substance abuse, trafficking, and associated criminal activities in the capital city after weeks of intelligence and surveillance across all identified hotspots. ANAMBRA STATE GOVT DEMOLISHES A FILLING STATION AT AMAWBIA.{PHOTOS}.

     A filling station located at the intersection between Amawbia bypass and the Old Awka- Onitsha has been demolished by Anambra State government. 
The exercise was jointly supervised by officials of the Awka Capital Territory Development Authority, ACTDA and the State Physical Planning Board with support from men of the Nigeria Police Force. The owner of the filling station it was gathered, has been properly served notice of eviction and offered an alternative location to relocate to. The filling station which situates in a densely populated residential area, poses a threat to the residents in the event of an inferno while also contributing to the gridlock usually experienced at the traffic light end of the Amawbia bypass.More photos below.

Innoson Gives Out Brand New IVM G5 and Salary For Life To The Man Who Prophesied About His Vehicle Manufacturing In 1979.  Last Saturday, July 22nd the Chairman of Innoson Vehicle Manufacturing Company Ltd, Chief Dr Innocent Ifediaso Chukwuma OFR gave out a brand new Innoson IVM G5 to Mr Ikechukwu Osakwe popularly known as Osabros who prophesied to him in 1979 that he would be the first man in Africa to manufacture vehicles and sell to different African countries.  The prophecy was given at the period the then Innocent Chukwuma could not boast of a car, talk less of manufacturing one.
