 NEMA COORDINATES SAR OPS AT THE SCENE OF BUILDING COLLAPSE INVOLVING A THREE STOREY BUILDING UNDER CONSTRUCTION AT GUDU AREA OF FCT At about 0945hrs on Saturday 16th May, 2026, the National Emergency Management Agency (NEMA) was alerted of a building collapse at Gudu District of FCT.  Critical stakeholders including Federal Fire, FCT Fire, NSCDC, NPF, FRSC and Federal Capital Territory Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) were activated while a response team of NEMA from the Abuja Operations Office led by the Head of Operations Mr Zakari Abubakar  and operatives from AYA Emergency Response Bay (ERAB) were deployed to the scene for quick response and coordination.  A reinforcement team  from NEMA Headquarters led by the Director Search and Response (DSAR) Air Cdre Bature Usman was also on ground to provide necessary backup and supervision. ARMY NAB SUSPECTED ILLICIT DRUG PEDDLERS IN BAUCHI STATE.{PHOTOS}.#PRESS RELEASE.

   1. Troops of 33 Brigade deployed at the Forward Operation Base, Yuga in Toro Local Government Area of Bauchi state have arrested two suspected illicit drug peddlers during a raid operation at a suspected hoodlums hideout in Filin Kokuwa.
2. Items recovered include:
a. One polythene bag containing weeds suspected to be marijuana.
b. 85 wraps of substance suspected to be marijuana.
c. Some quantities of tramadol.
d. Six tubes of rubber solutions.
e. Five mobile handsets.
3. The suspects have been handed over to the National Drug Law Enforcement Agency for further action.
4. Members of the public are reminded to report any suspicious movements or activities to the nearest security agency for prompt action.
5. You are please requested to disseminate this information to the general public.

Innoson Gives Out Brand New IVM G5 and Salary For Life To The Man Who Prophesied About His Vehicle Manufacturing In 1979.  Last Saturday, July 22nd the Chairman of Innoson Vehicle Manufacturing Company Ltd, Chief Dr Innocent Ifediaso Chukwuma OFR gave out a brand new Innoson IVM G5 to Mr Ikechukwu Osakwe popularly known as Osabros who prophesied to him in 1979 that he would be the first man in Africa to manufacture vehicles and sell to different African countries.  The prophecy was given at the period the then Innocent Chukwuma could not boast of a car, talk less of manufacturing one.
