 "The child was tied up and blindfolded."  (We are updating this story tomorrow with more information) A Springfield, Illinois couple face very serious charges after a witness came forward with shocking evidence of abuse and neglect. We Are thankful the witness came forward.  According to reports, the details of this heartbreaking case came to light on March 8th when Springfield PD was contacted by a female who witnessed a shocking scene at the home of 32-year-old Willie Wardlow and 40-year-old Ashley Wardlow. In addition to her important witness statement, the female witness also had photos and videos documenting the horrible conditions a small child in the home was forced to endure. The child is under 10 years old.  The photo and video appeared to show a young female victim who had been blindfolded and bound. EL-RUFAI VISITS FAMILIES OF SLAIN YOUTHS TODAY+ DECLARES CURFEW IN KWARU AND UNGWAN YERO.{PHOTOS}.

     The Governor of Kaduna State, Malam Nasir Ahmad El-Rufai has visited the families of two youths who were killed in a communal clash in Kwaru and Ungwan Yero communities earlier today. Both communities are in the Kaduna North local government area.
During the visit, the governor listened to the families. While condoling them Malam El-Rufai expressed his sympathy and condemned the loss of innocent lives.
The governor assured the families that the law enforcement agencies have been directed to thoroughly investigate the killings, and to prosecute those involved. He appealed to the residents of the communities to reject division in the name of religion or ethnicity, and to uphold harmony in the area.
Malam El-Rufai was accompanied by Deputy Governor Barnabas Yusuf Bala and senior government officials.
The government has also announced a curfew in the two communities, between the hours of 7pm and 7am, effective from today. A government statement disclosed that more security agents have been deployed to the area, and appealed to residents of the communities to observe the curfew which will be strictly enforced.
