 I Don’t Wish It On You – Genevieve Nnaji Knocks Trolls Age-shaming Her Veteran Nollywood actress Genevieve Nnaji has responded to social media trolls who made age-shaming comments about her. According to Naija News, a user on X reacted to Genevieve's post on April 3, 2025, stating that she couldn't escape aging and was getting older. The comment read, “You really cannot cheat nature. My fine wine is finally growing old.” In her reply, Genevieve pointed out that things could be worse; she could age significantly and eventually die if she were fortunate. She wrote, “It gets worse, bro. I’ll get so old I’ll die. If I’m lucky.” Another troll referred to her as “mummy,” suggesting she was old, but Genevieve quickly dismissed the comment, saying she wouldn’t wish old age on him. KWANKWASO SUPPORTERS INVOLVED IN FATAL ACCIDENT ON THEIR WAY TO ABUJA.{PHOTOS}.

       Some Kwankwasiyya members who were travelling to Abuja ahead of Senator Rabiu Musa Kwankwaso's official declaration on Wednesday, have been involved in a fatal accident. According to reports, the Kwankwaso supporters were on their way to Abuja from Kano state, the senator's area before the tragic incident.
Many passengers were injured and some others feared dead in the crash.
Meanwhile, other supporters have successfully arrived Abuja for Kwankwaso's presidential declaration on the platform of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP).
Former Governor of Kano state, Rabiu Kwankwaso has accused the Federal Government of trying to frustrate his official declaration to run for President earlier slated to hold at the Eagle Square Abuja on Wednesday, August 29, 2018.This was made known in a statement issued by Kwankwaso Campaign Organisation on Tuesday, August 28, 2018.More photos below.

 Actor Baba Ijesha appeals five-year jail sentence for sexual assault Nollywood actor Olanrewaju James, known as Baba Ijesha, has filed an appeal against his conviction for the sexual assault of a minor. He has requested the Court of Appeal, Lagos Division, to overturn the ruling of the Lagos State High Court, which sentenced him to five years in prison. The conviction was handed down by Justice Oluwatoyin Taiwo (retd.) of the Ikeja Domestic Violence and Sexual Offences Court on July 14, 2022 to Baba Ijesha. Baba Ijesha through his counsel Kayode Olabiran on Tuesday, told the appeal court that his client was set up and that he acted according to a script that he was invited to act on by his colleague. “The Appellant was set up. The Appellant is an actor. He acted in a script that he was invited to act by his colleague (PW1), Damilola Adekoya,” he said.
