 INDEPENDENT CORRUPT PRACTICES AND OTHER RELATED OFFENCES COMMISSION (ICPC) Tuesday 16th December, 2025 MEDIA RELEASE The Independent Corrupt Practices and Other Related Offences Commission (ICPC) writes to confirm that it received a formal petition today Tuesday 16th December, 2025 from Alhaji Aliko Dangote through his lawyer.     Senator Ben  Murray-Bruce,wrote on his social media one hour ago today that ''‪The extreme poverty in Nigeria is not caused by the fall of crude oil prices. That is a myth. The reason why Nigeria overtook India as the world headquarters for extreme poverty is because we suffer from poverty of leadership. When leaders think poorly, their people will see poverty!‬''.
