 Payment of Assessment Fee, not Building Permit , Planning Ministry Clarifies. By Ruth Orji The Anambra State Ministry of Physical Planning and Urban Development has  clarified developers  that payment of an assessment fee does not automatically confer approval or grant a development permit. The Commissioner for Physical Planning and Urban Development, Barr. Chijioke Ojukwu, stated this in a statement issued on August 24. According to the Commissioner, many developers mistakenly assume that payment of the assessment fee amounts to the approval of their building plans or the issuance of a development permit. He explained that Section 19 of the Physical Planning Regulations clearly states that payment of an assessment fee does not amount to the grant of a building permit, as the fee is strictly an application fee. Barr. Ojukwu further noted that the Ministry's Legal Department may raise administrative queries where proposed building plans violate the approved building cover...

Image may contain: 11 people, people smiling         The ex-governor of Ekiti state, Ayodele Fayose today Tuesday fulfilled his promise of visiting the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission, EFCC, Abuja office.Fayose entered into the EFCC office in the company of Rivers State Governor, Nyesom Wike and the former Minister of Aviation, Chief Femi Fani-Kayode.He was spotted wearing a black t-shirt with the inscription “EFCC, I’m here,I am here in line with my promise that I will be here on the 16th of October, and like I said to EFCC, they should await my arrival.

Innoson Gives Out Brand New IVM G5 and Salary For Life To The Man Who Prophesied About His Vehicle Manufacturing In 1979.  Last Saturday, July 22nd the Chairman of Innoson Vehicle Manufacturing Company Ltd, Chief Dr Innocent Ifediaso Chukwuma OFR gave out a brand new Innoson IVM G5 to Mr Ikechukwu Osakwe popularly known as Osabros who prophesied to him in 1979 that he would be the first man in Africa to manufacture vehicles and sell to different African countries.  The prophecy was given at the period the then Innocent Chukwuma could not boast of a car, talk less of manufacturing one.
