 Setting the Records Straight on  Citizen Asar Michael Sesugh's  Death The Economic and Financial Crimes Commission,  EFCC,  considered it imperative to clear the air on some recent incidents at its Makurdi Zonal Directorate,  Benue State.   Operatives of the Directorate arrested 26 suspected cyber fraudsters on April 28,  2026.  They were profiled and kept in custody for further investigations after obtaining a Remand Order at a Magistrate Court.  Shortly after their arrest,  specifically on May 4,  2026,  three of the suspects sought permission to use the lavatory at the Directorate's  Holding Facility and were permitted.   They cashed in on the opportunity,  broke the toilet's roof and escaped from detention.  Several efforts were made to re- arrest them to no avail. NIGERIAN LEADERS,PASTORS ALL PRAYED FOR NIGERIA YESTERDAY AT THE DEEPER LIFE CHURCH IN GBAGADA.{PHOTO}.

     It was prayer galore for Nigeria on Sunday, November 25, 2018, at the Deeper Life Bible Church, Gbagada, Lagos.
The church played host to Nigeria Prays, an intercessory organization led by former Head of State, Gen Yakubu Gowon, and it was time to besiege Heaven for diverse areas of need in the country-security, agriculture, education, economy, the 2019 elections-and many others.
Gen Gowon was accompanied by his wife, former First Lady, Victoria, while the Chief Host was Pastor W.F Kumuyi, General Superintendent of Deeper Christian Life Ministry, assisted by his wife, Pastor Esther.
Vice President, Prof Yemi Osinbajo, was represented by Minister of Industry, Trade and Investment, Dr Okey Enelamah (standing behind) while President Muhammadu Buhari was represented by his media adviser, Mr Femi Adesina.
