ONDO SPEAKER AND DEPUTY IMPEACHED TODAY.

     The Ondo State House of Assembly has impeached Hon. David Oleyeloogun as its speaker, as well as his deputy, Iroju Ogundeji.
Addressing newsmen at the assembly complex on Friday, the Chairman of the House Committee on Information, Hon. Fatai Olotu, said the former leadership was removed as a result of financial impropriety, incompetence and high handedness.
Another source also sent in the story with the caption ''The Ondo State Speaker of House of Assembly Bamidele Oloyelogun and his Deputy Speaker, Iroju Ogundeji, were on Friday impeached.
According to a lawmaker in the state, Hon. Fatai Olotu, the duo was removed as a result of financial impropriety, incompetence and high handedness.Following their impeachment Hon. Olamide George has been sworn in as the new speaker of the House while Hon. Abimbola Fajolu has also been sworn in as the new deputy speaker''.
