A Georgia man made a selfish decision that not only cost his own life but also the life of an innocent 7-month-old baby that was simply in the wrong place at the very wrong time.  A trooper with the Georgia State Patrol observed an Audi Sedan driving in a dangerous and erratic manner at approximately 11:59 p.m. on Saturday, October 10th.  The driver who would later be identified as 33-year-old Cameron Kemp was traveling at speeds of up to 110 mph with no headlights. Troopers report that in addition to the high speeds, Kemp was weaving in and out of traffic with blatant disregard for the safety of other motorists.
