 “We Don’t Want Violent Politics In Kaduna,” Group Tells Political Parties, Urges Them to Call Supporters To Order The Kaduna Peace Ambassadors Forum has called on political parties in Kaduna State to caution their supporters and prevent further violence following recent clashes involving members of major political parties in the state. The group said Kaduna had enjoyed relative peace for a long period and should not return to an era of violent politics. In a statement, the forum expressed concern that political disagreements and clashes in the past had sometimes escalated into religious conflicts, with consequences for communities across the state. It therefore called on security agencies to take appropriate measures to identify and hold accountable those responsible for the recent clashes, while strengthening preventive measures to avoid a recurrence. UNKNOWN GUN MEN SHOT A FINAL YEAR STUDENT YESTERDAY AT OKO POLYTENIC.{GRAPHIC PHOTOS}.

A young man in his late 20's has been shot dead by armed robbers at the permanent site of Federal Polytechnic Oko campus.
The young man who's name could not be ascertained as at the time of the incident yesterday night (01/11/2018), was revealed to be a final year student of the department of Banking and Finance of the Polytechnic.
Students who resides at the Permanent Site of the school campus, scampered for safety at the sound of gunshots only to discover the young man lying in the pool of his blood when calmness returned.
The reason for his shooting to death is not yet clear but many students alleged that, he was dragging his Android phone with the robbers, before he was shot and the presumed robbers sped off on their motorbike.
Many parts of Federal Polytechnic Oko, are becoming unsafe for students, who have become targeted victims of organised crime, notorious among which is phone snatching at nights.
