 Dutch referee Rob Dieperink dies weeks after removal from World Cup officiating list Dutch referee Rob Dieperink has died at the age of 38, weeks after FIFA removed him from its list of officials for the World Cup. The Dutch Football Association (KNVB) confirmed his death in a statement, saying it was “shocked and deeply saddened” by the news. His cause of death has not been disclosed. Dieperink was arrested in April by the Metropolitan Police in the United Kingdom following a report of an alleged sexual assault involving a teenage boy in London. A Metropolitan Police spokesperson said officers responded on April 9 to a report of sexual assault at an address in Croydon and arrested a man in his 30s on suspicion of the offence. Police later said that after reviewing available evidence, including CCTV footage and digital devices, the investigation had concluded that “the evidential threshold had not been met” and no further action would be taken.      According to the source who sent in this story,he wrote ''Nigerian musician David Adedeji Adeleke, popularly known as Davido was expelled from Nigeria’s National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) for breaking various rules during a  three week orientation in Lagos.
Davido joined the corps in August and was meant to finish a 1 year training of the mandatory national work program.He joined NYSC three years after he graduated with a Bachelor’s Degree in Music from Nigeria’s Babcock University.Davido has been accused of breaking various rules such as bringing his car to the orientation camp ground, engaging in private practice of personal activities, leaving camp without permission from the authorities and participating in partisan politics.He was actively involved in the campaigns of his uncle, Demola Adeleke, a gubernatorial candidate of the Peoples Democratic Party in Osun State, Nigeria.Davido confirmed the news in the comment section of a post made by Nigerian music promoter, Adesegun Adeosun, popularly known as Smade who announced the end of his orientation program, and got a letter of recommendation.“Naso dem cancel my own.” Davido commented''.
