 A Mother's Day Nightmare in Princeton, Illinois. A 3-year-old boy was struck by gunfire as police burst into a barricaded room, ending a frightening hostage situation. Multiple agencies responded to the Hummingbird Mobile Home Park in Princeton, Illinois, on Sunday, May 10th at 2:42 a.m. The initial call went out as a domestic disturbance but officers discovered much worse.  42-year-old, Anthony Rodriguez, had barricaded himself in a room armed with a knife. Anthony had taken several people as hostages, including Aurora Almanza and her 3-year-old son.  Multiple agencies were on the scene, including the Bureau County Sheriff's Office, Illinois State Police and  the Princeton Police Department.  Authorities attempted to negotiate but ultimately rushed the room when they heard screaming coming from inside.  Officials have reported that officers fired shots as they entered the room.       On the 24th of December,Nigerian musician took to his social media to share a write-up about his birthday. He wrote '' What a year filled with mixed Extreme feelings and shattered emotions, it got so low and l told my Family l wasn't celebrating but alas two brothers who know how my birthday normally goes told me l shouldn't be ungrateful, they said if i can't count my blessings they will help me and behold by the time they started l realise that despite the burnt emotions Jehovah has indeed really blessed me this year and so much so that l had to say Baba l am sorry for my ungratefulness. The fact that am alive today is not because am better or more righteous than those that have gone but it's just Devine Grace & that alone is enough reason to be thankful and thank him most graciously. My brother Pee Jay gave me a surprise party.
