 A Tennessee teen girl erupts at school board meeting accusing the board of being cowards for inaction after a board member made very inappropriate remarks. When school board member Keith Ervin singled out Hannah Campbell on April 2nd, grabbing her in an embrace and calling her hot, it gained a lot of attention online, as well as with the media.  Hannah had just finished delivering remarks to the board when Ervin grabbed the student and stated, "God, you're hot. Do you know that? Damn. Where do you go to school?" The entire ordeal was captured on video and done in front of the entire school board and all in attendance.      According to the magazine ''On Saturday, actress and international beauty icon Priyanka Chopra wed singer, songwriter, and actor Nick Jonas at the Taj Umaid Bhawan Palace in Jodhpur. The festivities started on Wednesday and will continue well into tomorrow. It was important to the couple that their wedding was a thoughtful representation of both their cultures, much like their roka engagement ceremony, which Chopra described as “an incredible coming-together of two really ancient cultures and religions,” in her Vogue cover story.
The festivities began with a number of traditional pre-celebrations: a puja ceremony (which took place at the bride’s mother’s home earlier in the week), a sangeet (a pre-wedding celebration that includes dances performed by relatives and friends), a mehndi ceremony (a private event in which the bride has traditional henna tattoos applied to her palms and arms), and a haldi ceremony (said to ward off evil and bless the couple). Next, the Christian wedding was held on Saturday, officiated by Jonas’s father. The Hindu ceremony will take place on Sunday. “People will need vacations after this wedding,” Chopra joked.
At the Christian ceremony, Chopra wore a custom dress by Ralph Lauren, a designer who has had a special place in the couple’s courtship from the start.
Their relationship began back when Ralph Lauren invited them to attend the 2017 Met Gala in New York together—unbeknownst to him, the two had been flirting over text for quite some time before this. They met for a drink at the Carlyle Hotel a week before the fashion world’s party of the year, and went on to have a magical night at the Met. About a year later, he and his brothers closed down a Tiffany & Co. in London so that he could select her ring in total privacy. Jonas then proposed in Crete while they were celebrating her birthday, a few minutes after midnight.
To commemorate such a momentous occasion, the newlyweds are the stars of Vogue’s first-ever digital cover, featuring two scenes, one photographed by Annie Leibovitz and another shot by Steven Brahms, both captured on a Google Pixel 3 camera, in partnership with Google. The shoots are a study in easy intimacy; Leibovitz photographed the couple in a dreamy pastoral setting, and Brahms captured the newlyweds in motion, holding hands and leaning in for a kiss.
